Mr. Thomas Kuruvilla is a member of the Global Board of Arthur D. Little and responsible for Arthur D. Little's operations in the Middle East. Thomas is also the Head of the Strategy and Organization practice in South Asia and Middle East. Thomas has been with Arthur D. Little for over 18 years and was responsible for Arthur D. Little's Singapore office.
Thomas is also a member of Industry Advisory Panel of S P Jain School of Global Management and a part time faculty at various Indian Institutes of Management (IIM - Ahmedabad, Bangalore & Udaipur), India & the Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, India – covering International Business Strategy; Family Conglomerate Strategy & Governance; Strategy/Management Consulting. Thomas is also a speaker in conferences in the areas of Leadership Development, International Strategy, Turnaround Management and Corporate Venturing.

Before joining Arthur D. Little he worked in the Control and Automation Division of Larsen and Toubro for five years and for a brief period was a Pilot Officer with Indian Air Force
Dr. Sheela Siddappa is the Global Head for the Data Analytics program at Bosch. With over 12 years of Industry Experience in the field of Analytics and Machine Learning, Dr. Sheela has addressed problems for various Research and Development, and Engineering Centers for domains like Retail, Health Care, Energy, Manufacturing etc. Also, responsible for the analytics products towards non-linear business. Prior to joining Bosch, she was a Senior Research Scientist and Scientist at the Research Centers of Infosys and General Motors respectively. A Doctorate from University of Texas at Arlington, USA, 2006, in Industrial Engineering, Dr. Sheela is a member of various societies, received multiple awards for her innovative and novel work, filed patents and has more than 25 International journal and conferences publications to her credit.
She has specialized in the area of Revenue Management with expertise in Statistics and Operations Research. She has worked in the areas like Forecasting, Multiple Scenario Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Robust Optimization etc. She is an eminent speaker on topics related to data analytics, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0, automation, big data etc.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Prashanth Konda Gokuldoss (K. G. Prashanth) started his career in Bachelors of Engineering (B.E.) in Metallurgical Engineering (2002- 2006), Government College of Engineering, Salem, followed by Master of Technology (M. Tech.) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology – Madras, India (2006-2008). During MTech., he carried out MTech. dissertation at the Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research, Dresden, Germany through scholarship from German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD – Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst), where he had the opportunity to work on metallic glass reinforced composites by powder metallurgy at the Leibniz Institute of Solid State and Materials Research, Dresden, Germany. The next two years and half he was associated with the Helmholtz Center Berlin for Materials and Energy, Berlin, Germany, working on nano-composites and metallic foams.
He had started his PhD (late 2011) in the field of additive manufacturing (Selective Laser Melting – SLM), where he moved back to the Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research, Dresden, Germany and had received his doctorate (Dr.-Ing.) in May 2014. Later, he had worked as a R&D Engineer in Additive Manufacturing from March 2015 to June 2016 at Sandvik AB, (Sandviken, Sweden) to establish world class Additive Manufacturing lab for Sandvik. He then joined his mentor (Prof. Juergen Eckert) at Erich Schmid Institute of Materials Science, Austrian Academy of Sciences, Leoben, Austria as a Scientist to establish a work group on meta-stable materials (from May 2016).
He has assumed Full Professorship position at the Tallinn University of Technology, Tallinn in Additive Manufacturing. He has several years of research and industrial experience with nearly 85 research articles in peer scientific reviewed international journals with a h-index of 23 (google scholar) / 20 (scopus). In addition, he has delivered 3 keynote lectures, nearly 15 invited talks, over 25 contributed oral and poster presentations at various national and international Conferences, Symposiums and Seminars.

He has initially worked as Application specialist on CNC's Complex Surface Grinding and Creep feed Grinding SPM's which are meant for Grinding Precision components at submicrometric levels. He later moved on to Technical sales of CNC's for various Metal cutting Machine Tools like turning, Milling, Grinding, Hobbing and so on.
He has been responsible as General Manager for the last 14 years and is now heading CNC, Robot and Robomachine division (VMC, Wirecut and All Electric Injection Moulding machines). Has indepth understanding on various Automation levels in most of the Engineering fields like L/UL, Press tending, Dye-cast, MIG welding, Spot Welding, Sealant, Painting, Tyre Handling, Electronics manufacturing, In-mould labelling etc., Handled various projects on Automation right from conception to implementation in various domains.

Dr. Manoj Gupta was a former Head of Materials Division of the Mechanical Engineering Department and Director Designate of Materials Science and Engineering Initiative at NUS, Singapore. In August 2017 he was highlighted among Top 1% Scientists of the World Position by The Universal Scientific Education and Research Network and among 2.5% among scientists as per Research Gate. To his credit are: (i) Disintegrated Melt Deposition technique and (ii) Hybrid Microwave Sintering technique, an energy efficient solid-state processing method to synthesize alloys / micro / nanocomposites. He has published over 500 peer-reviewed journal papers and owns two US patents. His current H-index is 59, RG index is 46 and citations are greater than 22500. He has also co-authored six books, published by John Wiley, Springer and MRF - USA. He is Editor-in-chief / Editor of twelve international peers reviewed journals. In 2018 he was announced World Academy Championship Winner in the area of Biomedical Sciences by International Agency for Standards and Ratings. A multiple award winner, he actively collaborates/visit Japan, France, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, China, USA and India.
Tony is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT). CIT is one of the oldest institutions in India which started in the year 1956 and is ranked among the top 50 engineering colleges in India by MHRD in the year 2018. His main area of interest is in the design of machines in which he holds a post graduate degree.
He has done research in areas like Crash Simulation of Automobiles and Kinematics of Parallel Manipulators and Mechanisms. His interest also spans simulation software's like Ansys, MATLAB and LabVIEW. His greatest passion is teaching and guiding students in doing research at various areas of Mechanical engineering. He teaches Statics and Dynamics, Control Theory and Mechatronics, Mechanisms and Machines and software like MATLAB and LabVIEW. Along with Dr. Rajam Ramaswamy (Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Laboratory In-charge), Tony is working to make Mechatronics Laboratory a Centre for excellence in Mechatronics and Automation.
